Reference to “SWIFT” herein refers to Swift Energy Sdn. Bhd. (SWIFT) and its subsidiaries and controlled companies. The expression “SWIFT” is used for convenience where references are made to SWIFT group of companies in general.

  • Any person to whom the Company is under an obligation to make disclosure under the requirements of any law binding on the Company or under and the purposes of any guidelines or regulations issued by regulatory or other authorities with which the Company is expected to comply.
  • Any actual or proposed purchase of all or part of the business of the Company or, in the case of any merger, acquisition or other public offering, the purchaser or subscriber for shares in the Company or any affiliated company and their advisors.

We may retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws.

We will cease to retain your personal data, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that such retention no longer serves the purpose for which the personal data was collected, and is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.
