SWIFT POWER DISTRIBUTION
SYSTEMS
Power distribution systems function to receive electricity and distribute the electricity to other distribution panels or machines, equipment and devices. We design, fabricate, assemble and integrate power distribution systems for normal environment, as well as for potentially explosive and hazardous environment focusing on LV power distribution for industrial applications.
We fabricate power distribution panels for industrial plants/facilities operating in normal environments such as grain products, edible oil and food manufacturing plants, and utility plants. This includes main LV switchboards, MCC panels, LV sub-switchboard panels and distribution boards.We fabricate and sell power distribution panels under third-party Siemen’s SIVACON brand, as well as under our “Swift Energy” brand. We are a Siemen’s SIVACON S8 technology partner and are authorised to fabricate a range of LV power distribution panels including LV switchboards, MCC panels and distribution boards under the Siemen’s SIVACON brand. Siemens SIVACON S8 LV range of products is a fully type-tested assembly where the main assembly are required to be installed with Siemens components and devices including the Siemens logo, circuit breakers, busbar support and special profile busbar. We design the system configuration according to customers’ specifications using design software provided by Siemens.
In addition, we also fabricate power distribution panels under our “Swift Energy” brand. Our LV distribution board is fabricated in accordance to IEC 61439-2 and IEC 61439-3 standards where we received the ASTA Type Certifications for our 250A LV distribution board from Intertek Testing & Certification Ltd, UK. These distribution boards have undergone independent tests to demonstrate that its design complies with the respective IEC standards. However, not all our customers will require type-tested power distribution panels.
We also fabricate Ex switchracks for industrial plants/facilities operating in a potentially explosive and hazardous environment such as offshore O&G platforms or petrochemical plants. This includes Ex LV switchracks, Ex MCC switchracks and Ex distribution boards. All our Ex switchracks are fabricated based on our design and specification in accordance to IEC standards and sold under our “Swift Energy” brand. Our Ex switchracks are mainly IECEx and ATEX certified for Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous area application, and has undergone series of independent tests to demonstrate that its design complies with the relevant IEC standards.

Low Voltage - Motor Control Centers (MCC)
Motor Control Center is centralized assemblies to control electric motors from a central location. Each motor control shares common power bus and power can be distributed through it.
A range of modular Form 2, 3 and 4 main and emergency low voltage AC switchboards suitable for a variety of applications in Commercial, Industrial, Marine, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas industries. Type tested to international IEC standards. Utilizing electrical components from world- class manufacturers and suppliers.
Low Voltage - Main Switch Boards (MSB)
Main Switch Board is an assembly of one or more panels. It allows redistribution of power to downstream electrical motor or appliances.

Low Voltage - Distribution Boards(DB)
Distribution board distributes the main incoming electrical power into secondary circuits such as lights and plugs.

Load Bank
Load bank is utilized in electric power source performance testing, maintenance and generator dummy load. Load bank simulates an electrical load on the electrical power source, without having it connected to its normal operation load.
Cressall has the range of standard portable load banks (DC/AC voltage available up to 100KW) and have supplied custom range including Medium Voltage Load Banks up to 84MW.
Neutral Earthing Resistors (NERs)
Neutral Earthing Resistors limits the current flow between neutral and earth point of transformer or generator in the event of a phase to earth fault on the system. It helps to limit the fault current avoiding further damages to switchgear, generators or transformers.
Neutral Earthing Resistors IP ratings range IP00 (without enclosure) and up to IP56 (with enclosure). Enclosure materials include pre-galvanised, HDG mild steel and stainless steel grades 304/316L.
Transformers - Cast Resin Dry Type
Transformer is a passive electrical device that transfer electrical energy from one circuit to another. Voltage transfer with AC voltage can either be step-up (utilizing step-up transformer) or step-down (utilizing step-down transformer) to desired voltages.
3.3kV – 33kV fully vacuum cast transformer suitable for use in industrial or demanding environment application. Coupled with IP21-IP54 enclosure constructed from SS316L or epoxy painted mild steel, the transformer is designed for all kinds of harsh environments. Hazardous areas Ex-rated transformer is also available.
Ex Generator Power System
Generator Power Systems combusts fuel (commonly diesel is used) and converts chemical energy to electrical energy. It creates a portable source of energy and could supply electricity on demand.
ATEX and IECEx compliant equipment from an assortment of manufacturers. Certified and rated for application in hazardous zone, provides maximum reliability for your electrical equipment needs. IP rated enclosure is also available upon request.

Swift Energy designs, supplies, testing and commissioning weather proof switchrack, which complying to IP55/66 to meet customer requirement.
